origin of foursixteen.

foursixteen’s story started in 2012 when our founder’s grandmother, who would be the muse for our business, passed from stage four lung cancer. she knew then there was a way to carry out her legacy.

in 2023, midway through her final year of college, it hit her: her social media agency. her grandmother, Mary sue, was the person who believed in her the most for the ten years she was with heather. our agency’s core values match those of mary sue and heather both.

  • founder

    born and raised in North Carolina, I have grown to love supporting small businesses in the area. primarily supporting smaller companies in the triad have been my favorite past time in recent years.

    i knew in high school i wanted to be in the social media marketing space. and because of that and the belief from my marketing teacher back then, i have obtained my bachelor's of science in marketing with a concentration in social media from UNC Greensboro with two years of experience in the field. i began my career in sports, and have since expanded to lawncare, medical spa, hair salons, and real estate.

    during my time at uncg is when i founded foursixteen media. i wanted something that i held near and dear to my heart - that was mine and have a home my clients can call to. as much as foursixteen is mine, it's also my clients, as they are the heart and soul behind my business.

    i reside in houston, tx with my best friend and partner, seth.

before starting my marketing journey, i was on track to being a photography major… i switched majors after a semester.

I am a twin! she formerly was an assistant for me until she started her full-time job post-grad. I now serve as her social media manager!

my dream dog is a pembroke Welsh corgi. or a cardigan welsh corgi. I don’t care which one I have, I’ve wanted one since eighth grade.

I’m a coffee feen. my go-to coffee order is an iced dirty chai with brown sugar + caramel with oat milk.

my amazing partner, Seth, moved to Houston, Texas early 2024. after doing long distance for over a year, houston will be my home in february 2025!
